Hey! I’ve been cutting my bodyfat like crazy recently by Intermittent Fasting. I fast for 16 hours a day while I eat for 8 hours, that means I can eat as much as I want of healthy lean foods like chicken, tuna, vegetables, and fruits from 2pm to 10pm. So when I workout at 9am I’m using the stored energy in body. During my fast I can drink all types of liquids, no solids, so I’ll usually have green tea with turmeric or milk/soy. This concept shocks the body, you’ll see fat drop off, but this isn’t a nutrition plan you can do without exercising, the workout on a fast is a critical component and should be taken very seriously. Make sure to be hydrated, you should intake more water than anything else. This plan is great for before beach season to get that belly fat gone.
